They didn't want a dashboard nobody opens. They wanted answers — in natural language, with citations back to the source row, accessible from Slack and from the warehouse floor.

- Source-cited answers — every claim links to the row it came from
- Voice + text input for the warehouse floor (gloves, noise)
- Daily auto-briefing on anomalies, shorts, and customs exceptions
- Per-user audit log for compliance and supervisor review
